Job tasks:

• selecting plastic materials suitable for the corresponding products
• defining process parameters for the injection moulding machine
• operating the injection moulding machine and optimizing process parameters
• checking quality of produced plastic parts
• managing and operating all other plastic related tasks such as Technomelt casting, component coating, painting, potting of electronics and manufacturing of foam inserts for packaging
• maintenance of production equipment

Required skills

• minimum 3 years experience in injection moulding?
• thorough understanding of all process parameters of injection molding process
• good knowledge of the various plastic materials?
• understanding of injection tool requirements
• capability to specify tool requirements and interface with the tool maker
• capability to develop, assess and optimize production processes
• fluent in English
• knowledge in sourcing and quality check of plastic pellets
• capability to work independently and focused?
• capability to self study
• structured working

Job Tasks:

• Programming production test systems using LabView
• Supporting our hardware and firmware development team by carrying out prototype hardware and firmware tests
• Supporting our prototype manufacturing team by programming and testing small prototype product batches
• Creating accurate test reports (documentation in English language)
• Creating test strategies and test plans for new product designs (documentation in English language)
• Supporting our customers in the NPI phase of new products
